The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. Any change to your name, contact details, or residential address must be reported to jpo33 support promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jpo33 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or live chat. You must immediately notify jpo33 support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. jpo33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Your jpo33 Account is personal to you and is strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance to any third party. Any such transfer, whether or not for consideration, will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no stated maximum deposit limit; however, jpo33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposits that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 200.000.000 per calendar month.

For fully verified Accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Hari Kemerdekaan (17 August). Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume. jpo33 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
All payment methods used to deposit to or withdraw from a jpo33 Account must belong exclusively to the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder will be refunded minus any applicable transaction costs, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
jpo33 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated) before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable Real Money Balance. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by product category and are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds not utilized and wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. If a Player makes a deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit will be credited to the Real Money Balance only; a new bonus applicable to that deposit cannot be activated until the existing bonus is completed or forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on jpo33 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
jpo33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet — in whole or in part — at any time before the bet is settled, including where jpo33 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet is associated with Prohibited Conduct or where the bet was placed on the basis of an erroneous price or market.
Where a bet is offered or accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, game parameters, or market pricing — including but not limited to software errors, human errors, or data feed failures — jpo33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. jpo33 has no obligation to honor bets accepted at palpably incorrect odds.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

jpo33's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jpo33 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jpo33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where jpo33 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where Account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. In the event of Account closure for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of amounts owed to jpo33 (including voided bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player via the Player's primary registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their jpo33 Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jpo33 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any Bonus Balance subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited. Voluntary Account closure does not affect the Player's right to request self-exclusion under Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jpo33 is incorporated and licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and jpo33 relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation, with the Player submitting a written complaint to jpo33 customer support at [email protected]. jpo33 will use reasonable endeavors to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution forum as specified by jpo33's licensing authority. jpo33's decisions regarding wagering outcomes, bet settlement, and game results are final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
